Hi, 38weeks pregnancy I was wondering if anyone has ideas of things I can do to help labour come on or speed it up once it starts, I've heard walking is good but is there anything else ?

Raspberry leaf tea , bouncing on the ball and a tango ice blast done the trick for me! DS2 arrived 38+4 :)

Natural oils?

After hearing that pineapple juice has things in it that stimulate labor I ate an entire pineapple after dinner and my waters went at one in the morning, DS was four days early!

Tango ice blast? Love it!! 😂

Apparently long walks, sex and bouncing on the ball according to my midwife...but what do I know, I'm currently 40+2 🙈
