Braxton hicks!

Hey everyone!! Just wondering if anyone experienced braxton hicks earlier in pregnancy, I'm 19 weeks and haven't ever had them this early. Also I'm wondering if they can be stress related, having quite a difficult time at the moment with the father of my daughters and they've come on today since seeing him x

I had them about 20 weeks aswell, although I didn’t know they were Braxton Hicks, I thought it was just the baby moving lol unsure if it would be stress related, mines wasn’t x
