Negative test, missed period

I was due a period 5 days ago and I seem to have no signs of it coming, I’ve took three hgc strip tests and they’re all negative. I have some symptoms like I’m pregnant but I don’t know if I’m just overly paranoid. Has anyone else had negative tests but been pregnant?

No advice but I have the same, mine was due on the 19th. No sign of it but 2 negative texts a week apart. Hopefully we’ll both find out what’s going on soon!

Late ovulation will cause a late period (or getting a positive test later. Be patient... it's totally normal (judging by the amount of threads on this issue).

Early pregnancy symptoms are caused by progesterone generally, which is present after ovulation regardless of pregnancy.

I was 6 weeks late before a positive test showed.

Yes I’m 3 days late today and got a very subtle line on a strip test today after loads of negatives. Then bought a brand name test and got a clear bfp even tho I’d drunk loads of water just before. I also got bfn on Superdrug tests. I looked at reviews on amazon for the one step tests I had and lots of people have had bfn on them and strong BFp on other tests. Also with my first pregnancy I didn’t get a bfp until a few days after period was due.
