So I'm due tomorrow and although Wednesday I had some spotting and minor cramping, I've felt fine since.
I intend to decline offer of sweep / booking induction that I expect to be given at my midwife appointment next week (I'll have a rethink in a week's time).
In the meantime, what might help? I already know the usual stuff... raspberry leaf tea, sex, pineapple, nipple stimulation, curries ...
I intend to go on a decent walk tomorrow, and have been bouncing on my ball...
Is there anything else that anyone can think of to get things moving?
