Can you eat kidneys when pregnant? I know you shouldn't eat liver but I can't find anything about kidney? Also can you eh runny eggs now?

Not sure about the kidney but runny eggs are fine as long as in date and have the British Lion stamp

Kidneys are fine. Liver is risk of vitamin A excess, kidneys don't have anything particular in concentration.

Just avoid stuff on "definitely don't eat" lists. Everything else is open season. The pregnant body can handle food :D
