I done the deed on September the 2nd and on September 16th got a positive pregnancy test. I have had numerous positive + 1-2 then 2-3 clear blue. I went for an early scan as I haven't had a period in over 3 years due to the implant so wasn't sure how far along I was. The women at the early scan says I was about 4/5 weeks but couldn't really see anything she said a tiny dark circle could be a sac but was to early to tell and told me to come back in 3 weeks that was on Tuesday. I've not had any bleeding or anything but keep getting paranoid as I don't feel I have any symptoms

At 4/5 weeks you won't see much of anything on a scan and you probably won't have too many notable symptoms either. A lot of them are 6 weeks +. The only things you're likely to experience are very similar to what happens with periods, cramps here and there, fatigue, breast tenderness, mood swings and of you're unlucky which I hope you're not, sickness!

I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry as everything you have said is completely normal for very early pregnancy.
