Hi all.
Looking for abit of advice,
I am 5+5 at the min, had a scan on Monday which showed a gestational sac and a yolk sac, all seemed ok, I'm just extremely paranoid of miscarrying, it's literally taking over my life, making me feel really depressed. I've had 5 miscarriages in the past (although none of them I had made it this far only ever saw gestational sac) and I've got 4 children. I'm constantly symptom spotting I've had bad nausea but not so much today... I've got another scan booked for Thursday. Anybody else feel like this? Any advice?
Thanks

Firstly I think it's hard not to worry when you've had a miscarriage before. I know when I got pregnant with DS2 after a miscarriage I was so panicky and on edge. People often tell you to relax and just see what happens...easier said than done though, right?
All I will say is distractions help with the fixation. Keeping yourself busy doing things gives you less time to focus on the little bean growing inside you. At least I found that worked for me. I'm sure your already busy, and I know it's sometimes impossible not to worry, but at least you have people here who will reassure you, and go through it with you Smile
