Please help, so confused about test and periods

So the last time my wife and I tried for a baby was in June I got my period in July and August but I have not had one since it’s been 53 days I took a test this morning and the was a really faint line I put it down to an indent I took another when I got up and the is still a faint line so I got my wife to take one and thebis nothing on hers. Can this be possible? Would it of shown up on my 21 day blood tests? It came back I didn’t ovulate on them though so confused. My next fertility appointment is the 16th x

A faint line is still a line. As long as there is colour in it. A blood test will generally pick up pregnancy when a home pregnancy test will do if you've had a couple of faint lines it should show in your bloodwork.

I'm sorry, but I've read your post a few times and I don't quite understand your position. I assume you and your wife are both female, and when you say you tried for a baby in June you mean that you had some kind of fertility treatment? Which of you had the treatment, or both? I am confused as to why you would have both taken a pregnancy test if only one of you had fertility treatment.
