Yeah I'm really excited and we don't know if we are having a boy or a girl so I'm getting impatient now to find out haha

Omg how exciting we were far to impatient to find out. We have one boy already and another one on the way. Are u going to try any inducing labour technics from home xx

2 weeks and 5 days!! Not that I m counting! Part of me wants him out like now! But I think another part of me will miss the kicks and the sleep!! Xc

ER1992 · 27/09/2018 19:36

Which techniques are supposed to work?

Sleep?? Your still getting some? I'm so uncomfy and up for a wee nearly every hour I'm already sleep deprived haha

I’ve still got just over five weeks left and I’m reaching that stage Sad. I have large babies so my bump looks like there’s twins in there, it’s very uncomfortable and sore.

None of the labour inducers work though. You will only go into labour if your body is ready to, as irritating as that is. I practically made my mouth bleed with pineapple trying to induce my second labour, it didn’t work.

Meganc559 · 27/09/2018 19:40

Depends some nights I get next to nothing then other nights I get an alright amount but yeah I m up about every hour, I think it's still gunna be more sleep compared to when he's here lol

I have just over 5 weeks too and I'm ready to start getting things going on Sunday when I'm officially 36 weeks. Lots of walking, bouncing on the ball, Nipple stimulation and hopefully sex too! I know it won't bring labour on but it might help it go a bit more smoothly when the time comes x

2 weeks and 5 days for me!! To be honest my whole pregnancy has flown by and it’s still flying now so I don’t think I’ll get that impatient/dragging feeling everyone seems to get at this point. Still haven’t packed a hospital bag so I’m hoping baby gives me at least a couple more days so I can get that sorted Blush always been a last minute kind of person!Grin

Good luck to everyone for the next few weeks!!

I'm 37 weeks 3 days today, Officially 2 weeks & four days to go, however i have a planned section for medical reasons at 38+1 next wednesday, have had the steroids yesterday & today.

In absolute agony the past few days with throbbing pains in my cervix, leg keeps spasming and just generally so painful! This is baby number 4! Don't remember this with any of my others! Anyone have any positions that help with this pain? X

unicornchaser · 28/09/2018 22:29

4 weeks and 3 days to go for me! Ready for baby to be out now, surviving (barely) on 4 hours broken sleep a nigh, agony ribs, RLS and just generally achy & sore 24/7.

I've been using the ball since 30 weeks, drinking raspberry leaf tea for a fortnight, started eating the 6 dates a day this week and will try clary sage baths and evening primrose oil from 37/38 weeks!
Eviction notice served!

ER1992 · 30/09/2018 16:20

Hope you are all doing ok. Today I've had constant lower back pain very similar to period pains. Anyone else ever experienced this before labour starting? Haven't had any other signs yet but really noticing this today in my back
