Just looking for a bit of reassurance really.

First pregnancy. Midwife has referred me for a growth scan after appointment today at 36 weeks as apparently bump hasn't grown since 33 weeks. Baby was actually measuring ahead until then and was above 100th centile line but has now dipped to 50th.

I actually thought I'd finally got a bump over the past two weeks! Heartbeat and movements are fine so not sure how worried to be...appointment is on Friday...

I had this ok. Referred for a growth scan due to fundal height. All absolutely fine. Yes, dd was a smaller baby but healthy. I had another scan 2 weeks later just to put my mind at rest Smile

Ah thank you! It's hard not to worry. Glad everything turned out ok for you.

I was measuring small with DS and had fortnightly growth scans during the third trimester. Yes, he was still small according to the growth scan at 36 weeks, but my midwife wasn't too worried. Anyway, the consultant recommended induction for the following week. DS was born weighing 2.3kg, all fine, and most importantly, healthy. He is now a strapping 10 month old! Bottom line is, try not to worry too much, you will be fine Flowers.

I’m the same was referred as bump not growing- I think the measurements they do are not accurate I’m sure last time she measured me from further down and I was therefore measuring too big. I had my scan and the baby was measuring fine since last scan it’s good for the reassurance and they have asked me to go back again in 2 weeks for another scan. Good luck x
