Hey looking for some advice on how to stop worrying, I just found out I'm pregnant 4+3 and I'm so scared of miscarrying. Before I had my last baby I had 4 in a row all before 6 weeks. My tests never got that dark so I'm constantly testing to make sure they aren't getting lighter. I need to stop obsessing but it's so hard x

I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy and at first panicked thinking what if it happens again. The best you can do is have a positive mindset. Your body responds to your thoughts be it happy or stressed. Meditation can help you to relax. I'm sorry for your previous losses and I hope everything goes smoothly for you this time.
