Temps first trimester

Hello I’m only around 2 weeks after ovulation. My temps went up from 36.40 average to steadily rise to 37 over the last 2 weeks. However I just took a test this morning and it’s gone down to 36.8. It’s the first day the temp has fallen. Is this normal or should I be worried?

I take it youve done a test though and that your pregnant. If you are then Stop temping!!! Trust me when I say everyone will tell you the same thing. It’s the same as doing more and more pregnancy tests after getting a positive.
I did the same thing and panicked and ended up googling myself into complete craziness.
Yes your temp does stay higher during pregnancy but it only takes the slightest change for you to get a lower reading. I was convinced I was going to have another miscarriage and then realised I was causing myself more stress and worry so just stopped.
Remember, as sad as it is, if you are going to miscarry then there is nothing you can do to stop it but you must stop temping and causing yourself more worry x

I've temped out of habit for a bit and at times it dropped and went back up again. I've found this page really reassuring datayze.com/miscarriage-chart.php

It's normal to stress about stuff. Just don't give yourself more fuel!!!

Thanks both, I think I’m just being overly worried. I’m trying to stay relaxed but it’s hard! I think I will take your advice and stop temping. That chart is helpful thank you!
