Dry nipples. Best cream?

I'm 19 weeks and have very dry nipples. My skin seems to constantly flake around them.

Is Lansinoh worth paying for?

I've tried coconut oil and aqueous cream, but isn't really helping.

Totally worth it and very effective imo! It lasts ages so will do for when baby comes too!

Thank you :)

Hoping to bf, so sounds like it's worth spending a bit extra on.

Definitely worth it, and one tube will last you from now until you stop needing it. Then it makes nice dry skin cream. You only need tiny tiny amounts of it. Pro -tip: warm it on a radiator or in your arm pit for a few minutes before you use it.
