So we've come away for a few days getaway at a lodge. I've just heard there is another friend of a friend who is supposed to be coming tomorrow or the day after, but she's been really run down with a chest infection, bad to the point she's been coughing up blood.

I can't see her coming if it's still at that level tomorrow or Wednesday, but if she comes, should I leave early? I'm 31 weeks pregnant and am a bit stamped about this?
