I really need some advice on what clothes to buy for my baby. I’m currently 20 weeks and I’d like to start hunting for some good bargains. I just really don’t know how many different vests, sleepsuits etc to buy. My plan is to buy a variety of 0-3 months and 3-6 months just incase she’s a big baby and doesn’t stay in the smallest sizes for long! I dont mind doing washing a few times a week but obvisouly if I can make my life easier by having more items to use I’m happy! My baby is due the beginning of February so it’ll be cold. Tia!

Get on eBay or local Facebook and you'll be able to buy big bundles of newborn clothes for very cheap. I'd get a mixture of newborn and 0-3 size; you really won't know what baby needs until they're out and you can buy more after that. About 6 of each in each size would hold you for a bit.

I got newborn up to 1 month (10lbs) and DS was 9lb 9 fitted perfect for 4 weeks. 6 each of babygros vests bibs and muslins. We were in 4 days and ran out so plan to have 10 newborn this time. 0-3 swamps them at the start but would be good to have 6 or so for them to grow into.
