Baby things you couldn't live without

So I am going through my list and buying bits but there is SO much stuff out there I keep getting side tracked! I know in reality baby needs very little e.g clothes and somewhere safe to sleep etc but I know there are actually lots of good products out there that do make a difference and juts make life that little bit easier. So, what are the products you would recommend that you now couldn't live without?!

It will vary from family to family- lots of the things mentioned here I have purchased and would say not needed. I would wait.

For us this following have been essential:
City mini GT with deluxe carrycot
Baby Bjorn bouncer
Jumperoo
Lansinoh nipple cream
Sangenic nappy bin
Bednest
Baby sleeping bags
Sleepsuits with inbuilt mits

@BertieBotts I have a maxi cosi so perhaps it varies. Also have a 3 door car so perhaps that's why I find it much easier than I did last time. They didn't exist then

Yes I can see it would probably be useful in that case :) For us with a 5 door I'm really not at all convinced it was worth £100 extra.

@BertieBotts Im glad I bought it second hand, I was gobsmacked that they cost more than the car seat!
Baby things are so crazy expensive considering they're used for such a short time.
