Transverse baby

Anyone else had their baby turn transverse? Been head down the whole pregnancy until now. 34 weeks. Suddenly turned transverse! Bit worried and my bump has changed shape entirely (its wide now!).

Any advice/experience?

Hi DS was transverse at 34 weeks and he did turn by 36 weeks again! I think taking a bath each night helped and using the gym ball. He was 9lb9 at 41 weeks so was a big baby but its amazing how they can turn.

Thanks @Angelmiracle - didn't realise they were likely to change from head down to transverse so late. It's so worrying.

Dd2 was transverse up until about 36 weeks, had a scan just after and she had turned thankfully! I tried lots of the exercises on spinning babies not sure if that made a difference or not. I measured really small as my bump was so wide rather than up in front.

I second Spinningbabies. Brilliant resource. Don’t panic. Mine was transverse at 34.

Mine turned transverse at 36 weeks then back again a few days later, hoping it stays put now.
