So I m coming up for 37 weeks
Baby's been engaged since 34 weeks
And today it feels like he's really dropped to the point I m struggling to pee but I feel like I could sit on the toilet constantly because I m bursting for a pee,
Been feeling q bit sick this afternoon and had some period like cramps lower down and in my back, my bits feel constantly wet but not sure that's just watery discharge. First baby so I m just panicking and my partner is playing a gig tonight so I think I m just worrying cause I m on my own

Does it sound like I might go soon?

Also feel pressure in my bum!

It could be but those kind of symptoms can also just be the end of pregnancy. If you are concerned call the ward and ask for advice.

I felt similar to how you are describing when I was in labour with DD but she had also given me a water infection because she was pushed right against my bladder! I'd give somebody a call just to check everything sounds ok. Good luck!

Thank you ladies, lying in bed has made pain go away, I m gunna try and sleep and see how it goes as I m worried that I m just panicking and maybe exaggeratimg a bit, hopefully baby will hold off till daddy's home tomorrow, thank you for the advice,, I m 21 and this is first baby so I m a bit of a worry wart! Xx

Those are symptoms of a UTI - worth getting checked. Good luck with your baby
