4 Weeks - cramps

Hi everyone,
I’ve just got my BFP but all day I’ve had some niggling stomach cramps. They aren’t really bad but seem quite constant. Is this normal? No bleeding or spotting but I’m worried this is a bad sign :(

hi congratulations on your pregnancy cramps can be very common in early pregnancy and if this is not coming with spotting/bleeding then this can be very normal it can be your body preparing for your little one i know how hard it can be we notice every little twinge but please try to relax (EASIER SAID THAN DONE I KNOW!)if you feel like you need more advice you can always call your midwife 24 HOURS A DAY or visit an early pregnancy unit Monday morning just try and get some rest have a warm bath and put your favourite film on good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! x

I felt like my period was coming for the first 10 days or so after BFP. I got period-type cramps sporadically for a few weeks after too.
