Baby shower and birthday gift?

My friend is pregnant with multiples and is celebrating her birthday close to when she has her baby shower. I have something for the babies , but what should I get her , bearing in mind it's her birthday also ?

Something totally unrelated to the babies. What would you buy if she weren’t pregnant?

Something related to a spa day or some type of pampering definitely
