Being sick in my sleep

I m coming up for 37 weeks and every night I wake up to spewing in my mouth not loads as I naturally just swallow it but it happens a couple of times a night and then goes away.
I take gaviscon for heartburn but the sick isn't hot like acid reflux it's just like normal spew ( sorry for all the spew talk lol)
Just wondering if anyone had anything similar.
I ve tried to lie on my side as I woke up choking one night so I m terrified that will happen again

Thanks x

Exactly the same here, I’m pretty sure it’s just because your stomach gets squashed at this point. I’ve been avoiding eating or drinking too much a few hours before bed. It really is horrible Sad

You'll be uncomfortable but try sleeping siting up. Prop yourself up with pillows and gravity might help a little.

Oh yes it's horrid I had the same at around the same point in my pregnancy. Perhaps try sleeping a bit propped up.

Yes it's reflux, either start sleeping on more pillows or ask your go for something to help with reflux. I ended up sleeping upright with my last pregnancy.

I haven’t had this but I am 38 weeks and often when I burp I’m sick a little bit. Not pleasant.
