Raspberry leaf tea

Can I take it if I’m possibly having a c section? It hasn’t been confirmed yet as it’s due to non medical reasons. But if I go into natural labour, I want to give myself the best chance.
Thanks.

I’m no doctor or herbalist but raspberry leaf is to soften your cervix so I’m guessing it’ll do that whether you actually use it or not.
I swear by the stuff but I had three vaginal births

I'm not sure it would be beneficial to you right now BUT it should really help with post-section-recovery, in getting your uterus back to the right size. Would recommend checking with your midwife, although if you say the reasons for your c-section are not medical, it seems unlikely the raspberry leaf tea would have any negative effects at this point.

Basically, check first but (and as with previous poster I am no doctor) from what I've read it really can only do good for you.

Do you mind if I jump on and ask where to buy? I looked at Tesco but couldn’t see any
