12 week scan

Hey this is my first pregnancy , I've already had an emergency scan at 8 weeks everything was normal but i have the 12week scan later today and I'm feeling so nervous than excited right now!
Im normally the most positive person but I'm guessing its because I've never been through this before!

Hi firstly congratulations on your pregnancy :)
How your feeling is very normal. Before pregnancy I was a very relaxed person didn’t worry or have anxiety at all but found myself being so anxious, had my 12w scan and settled a bit then the night before my 20w scan I freaked out again. I’m now 25 weeks and am so much calmer now o can feel baby move.
Is someone going with you today? I found keeping chatting in the waiting room helped just took my mind off it a bit.
