Had my 36 weeks growth scan today all is well little boy he perfect :) he was trying to put his fist in his mouth bless him. He weighs 5lbs 14oz at the moment. His estimated weight at due date is 7 and a half pounds. Is this a good weight ?? Been told i'm really healthy have only put on 2st and this is my first pregnancy. Xx

Yes, sounds quite normal. Bear in mind the scans have quite a big margin for error though, I was told up to 20%.

I had my 36 week scan about a week ago and was told baby is 5lb 13oz. Wasn't given an estimated birth weight, although she did say baby usually gains another half lb a week.

I didn't have a growth scan with either of my first 2 (they weren't a thing) so you just didn't think about these things at all. My first was born 8lb 8oz and my second was 8lb 11oz so I'm expecting this one to be about the same.

I honestly wouldn't give it a second thought. If the professionals were worried they would have said something. Just in case you didn't know, when baby is born they will usually drop some of their weight before regaining it.
