Haakka breast pump/other suggestions

So I was 100% buying a haaka pump until I saw something saying that they are only okay for catching let down and shouldn't be used for anything other than the occasional feed here and there and that because it isn't an actual 'pump' the content of the milk is of lower quality/fat content than actually breast feeding or using a proper manual/electric pump?

Does anyone have any advice RE this?
Or any other not ££££ pumps which they do recommend instead?

Help! Not long now and thought I had this part sorted

Thanks :)

They are great for catching let down but as it doesn't stimulate your breast tissue the make up of the milk will not be complete, so anything caught in a haaka should be mixed with a bottle or 'normally' pumped milk.

Alternatively, if you don't want to pump, you could use it for when you are weaning, for adding to cereal etc. You won't really use it for the first 6 weeks and milk is good in the freezer for 6 months it will be fine.
