Honestly I've had them since the early days because before I got pregnant I was on chemotherapy and the anti-sick tablets you have to be on with chemo block you right up. So I'm prone to them. But I can't get rid of them! They're getting so much worse now and nothing I'm trying works so any tips would be wonderful 😂

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If you haven't already, go to your gp who can prescribe something more effective than what you can buy over the counter.

I did they just gave me anusol and this powder for drinks but it's still happening :(

After you have the baby they'll be able to give you strong presscription suppositories which should clear them up. Hang on in there no pun intended

Thanks that's true. Only 21 weeks to go 😂

Gp gave me a steroid cream while I was pregnant. They were agony. Stabbing pains that stopped me from sleeping. Cream for 5 days worked great.

Just phoned and explained and gp left a prescription for me.

MadeForThis · 19/09/2018 11:00

Didn't get rid of them but stopped the pain.

Okay I'll ask about that I have an appointment soon :)

Sudocrem, prunes, and more water than you think it's possible for a mammal to ever drink!
Sympathies - just utter misery, aren't they?

THE WORST EVER. Pregnancy is a very cruel blessing 😂

I remember during my first pregnancy having to go to gmeds at the hospital out of hours as i was in agony with thrombosed piles. Honestly the pain was out of this world. I can’t remember exactly what they gave me (sorry!) but they did help - so my suggestion is to speak with a gp ASAP before they get worse. I had them throughout both my pregnancies and found that ice applied to area and germolene were the best of the at home remedies x
