Early labour or just 3rd Trimester?

Hi all i thought id ask some advice as im panic googling, this is my first baby so i have no idea what to expect.. Over the last few days ive had a lot of pressure/pain down below its getting worse every day, im very sick today and i just feel generally funny and hot, is this just how the 3rd trimester is or could it be the start of early labour?

I have a midwife appointment tomorrow but i dont want her to think im silly!!

Just to add im only coming up on 31 weeks so it would be quite early ☹

I’m almost 34 weeks and feel exactly the same. It’s my second baby so unfortunately it’s just part and parcel of the third trimester!

Pressure is normal down below especially when you're in the third trimester it can be painful but always mention it they would never think you're silly. In regards to feeling sick and hot it can also be normal but i wouldn't hesistate to mention it if you're feeling unwell. I'm currently 36 weeks with #4 and very uncomfortable but even now i question things and get them checked, baby may of engaged which is why its painful but i personally would just mention it to midwife, pregnancy isn't easy. Get lots of rest and fluid 😊 x
