Help me decide which baby bath/bath seat combination to buy

Trying to decide what to buy to bath baby in. I have back pain and don't want to be having to lean over the big bathtub to bath baby directly inside that just yet.

Should I get:
a) a big basic baby bath like the John Lewis Essentials one here - cheaper than the more high-tech branded options, but doesn't come with integral support for newborns to stop them slipping underwater
b) a big basic baby bath as above PLUS a bath seat like the Angelcare that will fit inside it until baby is big enough to go directly in the baby bath without needing extra neck/bottom support
c) a smaller baby bath with integral support like the Shnuggle

Price-wise I can see a couple of 2nd hand Angelcare seats on shpock going for a few quid, so while option a is the cheapest at £10, option b I can do for £18 or so while option c would be about £23.

Any opinions from the experienced?

We have a cheap Ikea babybath. A random cheap seat thingy. But tbhyou can just hold them in one arm and easheith the other.

The most important thing is to have the bath on a countertop right next to the sink at a decent height. That stops you leaning over and doing your back in.

Never used a baby bath, just had an angel care from newborn. Sat her on that and knelt down next to the bath. No leaning over required.

We just used the angel care also. She's still in at 6 months and probably will be for a while!

Thanks. Lots of love for the Angelcare so I think I'll get one of those at any rate, maybe the separate bath too.

We're currently bathing our 1 month old in a washing up bowl in the kitchen sink. Much easier than bending over the bath.
He's got a seat for when he's a bit bigger
