Anxiety...

Hi,
I've got my first scan tomorrow, but I'm so anxious and worried that something is wrong 😢 I've had 2 mcs. I've had HG right from the start of this pregnancy, fainted and had the other usual symptoms but I'm still worried something is wrong. Anyone offer any help into this?thank you x

It's more likely that everything will be fine. I always worry before a scan but there's really no point as it won't change anything and the odds are in your favour that all will be well.

Hi hun, I know exactly how you feel. I feel the same and I haven't been pg before so you must feel worse. All I can say is think positive, think lovely thoughts and stop googling things to make you worry! We are not in control even if we worry or not. (Now I just need to take this advice myself)

Thank you! I had my scan this morning and after a 10 minutes walk and two 30minute sessions; my little one decided to play ball and allow all the measurements to be taken 😂❤️
