Ooh well when you're not, it's kinda like the end of your nose. With a little dink in the middle (before you've had children - after it's more of a slit-type dink) and fairly hard unless you're ovulating when it goes higher up (might be hard to reach) and soft and a bit more open.

When you are pg (as you are!!! I can't honestly remember...mine is completely out of reach atm, but I don't think it was at the beginning...not that it's a great idea to poke around up there (disclaimer!)
