Hi there.

I am currently 7 weeks and feel the same! Just constantly hungry!
Just go with what your body tells you, and try and choose healthy options - I snack on carrot sticks and houmous a lot.
Also drink plenty of water, I definitely feel extra thirsty too.
This is baby number 2 for me, and it does ease off after 12 weeks or so (at least I found).
Good luck!

Don't beat yourself up about it. All I wanted was carbs in the first trimester. In the second my appetite returned to normal, and now at 37 weeks I can't eat too much as I get full quickly. As long as you don't go nuts for the whole 9 months you'll be fine.

There's so much pressure on pregnant women from outside, try not to put pressure on yourself too about eating! Smile

I know just feeling like my food choices could be better and the more i zone into it the worse I’m getting like an addiction almost, this is number 4 and youngest will be 4 in Oct and my weight has been ok but now I’ve lost control and it’s just making me feel bad almost thinking about having some one food prep me lol x

Have you tried planning what you're going to eat? including giving yourself a small snack when you give the kids snacks?
All I wanted to do in all my pregnancies was to eat tons (I'm only thin but always love food) this time all I want is junk and I got to a stage where I felt like crap because of it so put myself on cold turkey essentially.
Only ate when my DD did, and only small portions like what I give her (she's fussy as hell so have no choice but to plan what she eats for lunch and dinner in a three day rotation...)
Was hungry for a day or two, but now i'm totally back in control and feel more than comfortable to grab a snack whenever I want.
Hopefully you find something that helps you!
