Really strong 'line' on pregnancy test......................

hi, can anybody tell me if it actually means anything if the line on the pregnancy test is really strong at only 28 days from last period?
having used what must amount to hundreds!! of pregnancy testing kits of several brands over the years, I have never found them to have such a strong positive result line in very very early pregnancy like this! I wonder if there's something different about this pregnancy? Any tips anyone please?? I'm intrigued (always had to take test outside to daylight and even ask other people if they could see the very faint line, when testing this early in pregnancy before!)

maybe you ovulated a bit earlier in your cycle than you usually do? i know when i was pregnant with my dd,i tested on day 28 and the line was very dark,don't think it means anything,really.

I had the same with ds. It doesn't have any bearing on the pregnancy other than the fact that you are well and truly pregnant! Congratulations! Come and join us on the February thread!

Sounds like you have good hcg levels, can only be a good thing, congrats!

I tested on cd 30 and got a really strong positive the second the pee hit the stick.... I guess it means you've got plenty of hormones circulating (and no, I'm not having triplets or twins, just the one!)

thanks u lot..............it would be lovely to have twins or triplets actually....if its just one baby again this time round, well there's only one thing for it....Keep It Up! try try and try again....my dh would have a fit though!!!!

I got a really strong line within seconds of pee hitting the stick and mine was done at 28 days of my usual 32-35 day cycle.

My scan is on Friday so I'll let you know if its a multiple!

I had a realy strong positive result, but i was about 7/8 weeks pg when i tested. I should say that i only tested because dh insisted. I have very eractic cycle and yes it did come as a complete shock although we had ttc for 2 years .

I got a really strong line with I was 4+1

My AF was every 28 days and by the time I tested on it the line was nice and strong.
