Could I have miscarried?

Hi! I’m sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong place.This week I had 3 BFP, each getting stronger as I tested, with the strongest the day after AF was due. I felt pregnant. 2 days after AF was missed, I started to bleed at work. The blood was red and heavy. I did another pregnancy test which was as strong if not stronger showing another BFP. I spoke to my GP that evening and he said it may be an early miscarriage but there was no real way to tell and to wait 3.5 weeks to retest and then to come to the surgery if it was still positive. I have bled all weekend, red blood, there were two instances of clotting the first there was 3 tiny dots, less than a cm in width and the second was a little line of clot or discharge. So sorry for TMI!! I had very light and minimal cramping on Friday but none since. I haven’t felt my tired or dizzy pregnancy feelings as much all weekend. I’ve stopped bleeding now but note that my cervix feels hard and low. My question is have I miscarried?

I guess it's impossible to know without a scan. Do you have a local maternity assessment unit you can self refer to? We have one at our local hospital.

Try not to worry, I know a lot of women have bleeding and a normal pregnancy :-)

Thanks so much for your encouraging and positive words. Today I have no pregnancy symptoms at all, so I feel as though sadly I have indeed miscarried. I am sad but I will be OK.
