Tightness in chest

Have u ever had heartburn or gastric related illness before? Try taking some gaviscon if none milk n ice cream.

No, never. I have a feeling it's to do with me being so bloated but a million and one scary thoughts are going through my head at the same time 🙄 xxx

Yes could be acid reflux. A friend had it start very early in pregnancy. Try gaviscon , could be an easy fix! And congratulations!!!
