Possible miscarriage/etopic?

Hey, so found out I was pregnant Monday (conceived 4 weeks ago). Started having period like cramps on Thurs with some very light brown spotting. Noticed a tiny brown clot yesterday (about twice the length of a grain of rice and same with.... sorry if TMI), but no further clots. Still still staining and cramps today. Im going to get blood taken tomorrow and again 48 hours after. Im quite sure that Im miscarrying as nausea has disappeared and just dont "feel" pregnant anymore. CBD has fluctuated between 3+ and 2-3 weeks.....last 2 tests have been 2-3..(I know some people hate these tests due to unecessary anxiety they give) but I have been testing all with FMU. Plus all other tests are taking quite some time to show up positive...albeit it is a strong positive when it eventually shows. I would have thought that if I was miscarrying I would've bled more by now..... which makes me think its etopic.... no sharp pains but something just feels "off". I went to OOH and despite me being certain of my conception date, they are refusing to send me to EPU as they are going by my LMP (23rd August) but disregarding the fact that I conceived at the very end of my period on the 27th (only time I had intercourse)....which would actually make me 6 weeks (is that right?). I know the bloods will give a clearer pic one way or another but bloods take a long time to come back in my GP and I feel if it is etopic then it may be too late by the time they discover it..... I know this is an incredibly long post but what Im asking is 1) if I conceived on the 27th august...does that make me 4 or 6 weeks? Bear in mind my LMP was the 23rd. And 2) If it was an early miscarriage....would I not be bleeding much more by now considering Ive been spotting/cramping since thurs?

You should be given a blood test to check HCG levels. Once they are over 2000/2500 they should be able to see something in the womb if it is a womb pregnancy. This was the procedure for me when I had an ectopic. I had brown bleeding with ectopic but it was more like a light period rather than spotting and lasted for about 2/3 days (at the time I thought I was having my period)

Fast forward, I have had a normal pregnancy since having my ectopic of which I also had some brown spotting, so don't worry just yet!

The doctors will always go by LMP as you can never be 100% sure of your conception date. You can know when you did the deed obviously but it can take up to 10 days for implantation to occur. The only time they will change the date is at your dating scan.

Hopefully your HCG shows as over 2000 soon so you'll be referred for a scan which will help massively. If you've had no pain and just brown blood I would try not to worry too much as it is common to have some brown/pink spotting so fingers crossed all is well for you Thanks
