Leaky boobs at 15 weeks!

So, kinda TMI but...

I'm 15+1 today with my first and noticed my right boob is leaking a clear fluid? I was just sitting and felt a wet sensation on my top, looked down and saw a wet patch right where my boob is! I wasn't drinking or holding anything wet so it's definitely my boob!

Is this my breast milk coming in? Am I doomed to walk around with wet patches for the next five months?

I started leaking with dc1 at around the same time- it didn’t get more than a drop or two until about 34 weeks, so I didn’t bother with breast pads

Same thing happened to me around 16 weeks with my pregnancies. 3 girls - don't know if that's related.
I didn't leak much, it didn't get worse.

Mine started around that time too some days I leak other days I don't. I wear kind of thick ish bras now that it doesn't leak through it may only be one or two drops and didn't bother with breast pads until after the birth when the flood gates really opened.
