Yesterday afternoon when picking my daughter up from dancing I got a sharp pain in my pelvic which I had to sit down as I felt like I could fall over with the pain. I came home drank plenty of water and rested for the remainder of the day/night.
In bed last night I had a sharp pain in my right side where my ovary is like a stitch & couldn't sleep even after paracetamol. After a few hours I must have fallen asleep I have now woken with crazy pressure in my vagina like if I stand up the baby's gonna fall out lol - cramps in my stomach & pain in my lower back. I also had some reduced movements last night but after 6/7 hours she had a good move around

This is my 2nd pregnancy - I'm 30+1 & baby is weighing 4 pounds. Is this normal? Should I wait till my consultant on Wednesday or call the maternity?

I'd speak to your midwife and see what she thinks. That's what they're there for! Better than be safe than sorry.

Call the midwife or oncall at maternity unit and explain your concerns.

The sharp pains sounds like you may have pulled your round ligament. I get it when I stand up too quickly sometimes but I would call the midwife regarding the other stuff, especially reduced movement. They would always rather you called than didn't.

Oh sorry, I misread it and throughly you got it from picking your daughter up. If it happened for no reason then I would definitely give them a ring for peace of mind.
