When did your cervix rise?

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and my cervix is really low and hard. I thought it had risen and was softer but it's now back down. Did you check yours in early pregnancy and when did it go up?

I know this is an old post but wondering what happened? Having the same thing and worrying!
