i'm 6 weeks pregnant. the only symptoms i have are very slightly sore breasts and twinges in my tummy (similar to period pains and pulled muscles). oh, and i get headaches and tired in the afternoons. is this normal as i thought i would have been sick by now. i don't even feel pregnant! hubbie tells me to make the most of it and be grateful, but i'm worried there's something wrong.

Many people escape the morning sickness, be thankful

Perfectly normal.

Don't worry! Morning sickness doesn't usually kick in until around 6-8 weeks anyway, and lots of people don't feel sick at all. I did, my bestfriend didn't, lucky her!

I had sickness with my first for 4 months (couldn't eat before 4 in the afternoon)

With my other two I have had no sickness at all.

Lucky you - enjoy it

If you're worried, have a chat to your midwife. I think sickness can be later than that in starting. DH is right - make the most of it!

I didn't feel pregnant each time (apart from the sickness) until I had my scan.

thank you all for putting my mind at ease... i have a midwife appointment at 8 weeks... so i'll see how i am then.

i'll try to stop worrying and enjoy the non-sickness!
