Baby movement help

FTM, 29 weeks. My baby moves loads but sometimes she moves sort of suddenly or severely and you can see my whole bump shake or move from side to side but sometimes it's just pokes, jabs, wooshes-you can see from the outside but not the whole bump shifting IYSWIM. Is this okay or should I be worried when she moves my whole bump? Been like this for a couple of weeks now.

It's fine. She's got plenty of room to do somersaults still. The most Important thing is that she's moving about.
I lay and watch my belly change all sorts of shapes and can tell when baby has switched sides etc. I love it.
All these are Her normal patterns. If they deviate from this that's when you need to be concerned. X

If you're at all worried, ring the antenatal unit to chat to them. I went in 5 times for reduced and increased movement. Baby was always fine but they said I was right to ring them if i was concerned.
