Csection healing - Arnica??

Hi Ladies,
I'm yet to get my csection date but I'm 30w 1d. Due 3rd week of November, when would you suggest to start taking Arnica Tablets?
I started taking these after my csection last time, but was told by HV I could have taken them before if I was having a planned section.

I’m in exactly the same position!
I took mine 2 days before last time as I got told on the Friday I was having a section Monday but I’m wondering when to start too x
