Just looking for some advice. I'm 33 Weeks pregnant. About 3 days ago I went for a wee and when I wiped there was a tiny faint pinky blood on the tissue, I've been keeping an eye on it in case I had anything else or it got worse. When I went again last night there was a little bit more again but still really faint. I've had period pain like cramps and slight pain/discomfort around my pelvic area. I rang Maternity and they said it sounds like thrush. I've had thrush many times before and this doesn't seem like thrush. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this, should I be worried?

I would personally call them back and tell them that youre not happy with the concept of not being checked over. Bleeding at any point of pregnancy isn't to be ignored.
They should (I would have thought) have at least be having a listen in on baby make sure baby is coping ok, and also potentially do a speculum to check if there's anything going on up by the cervix.
It could well be your mucus plug coming away too, although not too sure if its considered as too early or not?
Call back again and don't take no for an answer xxx

Baby has been very active still as normal. Would that still be the case if my plug had gone or was coming away?

Only you know what your babys patterns are like, it's hard to say, but I would see call back and ask to be checked over.
Even if they come back and say there's absolutely nothing wrong and both you and baba are mighty fine at least it puts your mind at rest. X
