So I went to the toilet at 8am and lost this....my mucus plug maybe? I’m 38+6 today. My third baby but don’t remember this with my other two.

I believe that is your plug...I think you will be welcoming your baby soon

Yes that is your mucus plug. Mine come out over two weeks slowly but that looks like it’s come out completely. Don’t panic could still be a week or so until arrival :) good luck! x

With my first it was 6 hours after I had my baby I’ve just checked my notes 🤞🏼🤞🏼

mine came out on the tuesday and baby was born early hours the friday i was 36weeks!

I had a plug like that with my second child at 37 weeks, my cervix was open so I had my planned c section that day as an emergency.
With fourth baby I lost a similar plug from 30 ish weeks on and off, but held on till 39 weeks.

I did lots of walking the day I lost the final bit of mine (easier said than done I know) and he must have felt he was missing out because the walking definitely speeding things up!! Keep us updated 🤗

You could try nipple stimulation, I think that’s what helped get my labour going! Good luck.
