Symptoms gone at 10 weeks pregnant

I had a scan last week with a beating heart, just appeared 3 days smaller... I've woken up and I don't feel pregnant at all! Has this happened to anyone else? I'm worried stiff!!

I had this at about 7 weeks to 14. All symptoms gone and was terrified. I have a one year old now so try not worry. From what I read it's pretty normal x

Mine went at11 weeks.
Scan just after 12 weeks went great and now I'm 15 weeks and definitely feeling pregnant again.
If you're worried though my EPU were great for reassurance xx

Yes, it does happen! Perfectly normal and really common.

I was just about to start the same thread! I'm 11+1 today and this is the first day in about 7 weeks I haven't woken up starving! Hunger has been my main symptom. Boobs are still a little sore though... I've read it can be to do with the placenta taking over so hopefully all ok, but I'm going to be so nervous until our 12 week scan on Tuesday!

It's the placenta taking over, nothing to worry about. I read somewhere that a heartbeat at 10 weeks has a very high % (can't remember exactly what) of being a viable pregnancy. Don't stress, enjoy your pregnancy.

a heartbeat at 6 weeks of pregnancy had a 78% chance of the pregnancy continuing. It also showed that seeing a heartbeat at 8 weeks increased the chance of a continuing pregnancy to 98% and at 10 weeks that went up to 99.4%.

I've notice since being pregnant that loads of people seem to have a lull in symptoms somewhere between 9-11 weeks. idk why. For the record, my sickness returned after a little pause at 10 weeks - the baby was fine on the 12 week scan.

Mine went at 10 weeks and I was a little worried but then felt awful again at 12 weeks. It’s normal as you progress through the pregnancy, try not to worry xx
