I'm 38+1 baby has been engaged for weeks and I'm very low down now baby dropped quite quickley. Midwife had a feel about and said cervix and the other door is slightly open now and that she can touch babies head. She done a sweep yesterday. But she did say there were no waters but her guess was baby being so low it won't be long. But today 24 hours later I'm having bum pressure back pain on and off in the night really bad groin pain. I read that bum pressure might be baby pushing down. Does it sound like labour slowley coming on obviously I will know when the real thing with contractions start. But just wondering if they are signs??
