Feels like stress/dehydration headache but drinking plenty of water. Not particularly worried as I am sure it's just part of everything that's going on and changing but I wondered if anyone else was going through/has gone through the same and has any advice? I've taken paracetamol and it hasn't touched it.

The only thing that helps is closing my eyes and I can't do that at work unfortunately!

Thanks in advance x

I tried a product called 4head. You just role it on your head, it's fine for pregnancy and you can use it as much as you want because it's not a drug. It's sort of like a menthol rub that cools your head down. Doesn't last ages but as there is no limit to how much you can use it you can apply when needed.

If you can try lay down in a dark room and get some sleep too. Paracetamol doesn't do much for me either. I always used ibuprofen but been told it's not allowed in pregnancy.
