Hi everyone,

I'm 14+3 with my first child. This is my second pregnancy, as I sadly suffered a missed miscarriage in April at 12 weeks.

For the first 10/11 weeks of this pregnancy I had every symptom going; horrible nausea, super painful boobs, constipation.....

However for the past week or so my symptoms have gradually decreased to the point now that I don't really feel pregnant anymore! Even my constipation has improved, and the nausea is almost gone (aside from the ocassional wave in the evening) and my appetite has returned with a vengeance. If I didn't have my little bump I would probably forget that I was pregnant!

I had my dating scan at 12+5 which showed a healthy baby so I'm not TOO worried, but part of me is amazed that I can feel so crappy in the first few weeks but feel fine now.

Is it normal to feel human again the second trimester? I'm not complaining if it is Grin

Normal going in to 2nd trimester. Try not to worry I know that's easier said than done x

My NDN had 4 very healthy DCs with no side-effects at all in any of the pregnancies. No nausea, no tiredness, nothing.

I thought symptoms generally disappeared at around 16 weeks? Talk to your midwife obviously, but if you're not bleeding I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Usually the 2nd trimester is the most comfortable in terms of symptoms. The first trimester symptoms usually fade and you're not uncomfortable yet. I wouldn't worry but obviously bring up any concerns with your midwife Smile
