Stressed and unhappy at work

So, I have my own little company and ran it for 2 years up until end of last year where I was offered a full time job. I took it, wanting to make a real go of it. It's been a bit of a disaster since. Found out I was pregnant in June, end of June things this weren't great there got worse, and now I'm just at the point that I hate it, it makes me stressed and unhappy, costs me a fortune to get there and not even getting anything out of it other than salary. I'm currently 17+4 weeks
I'm thinking of handing in notice and going back to running my company, just nesting and being at home. I've lost over 1/2 a stone in 6 weeks and just feel like I need to look after myself.
Maternity benefits at company is only SMP, which from reading about I can get from running my company anyway.
I don't even know what I'm asking here, just ranting/typing/thinking it out. Am I crazy? DH very supportive of it all...

If you can get the SMP, and the finances work for you then I would do it. Tbh even if you are bit worse off short term but happier I would still do it. Good luck!

I started a new job about 6 months before getting pregnant, was about to quit and then found out! I've basically been off on pregnancy sickness the entire time because the thought of going in gives me panic attacks. If you can get the money running your own business I would do it if it was me. Stress can make pregnancy much worse

@5tarlight I can get the maternity allowance no problem at all, won't quality for SMP yet I don't think, trying to find somewhere that can help me figure it all out!
I just can't face it, I feel so undervalued there :(

@minilemonade how long are you off for? And how are you doing it? Do you have a sick note?

I'm GM at a nightclub and really struggling. My boss is already being a bit funny with me and he's only known a short while ( I'm 11 weeks).

Update : realised that my wanting to resign was all linked to quite major stress and anxiety, so I've been signed off work for 2 weeks, taking some time and will make a more informed/sensible decision hopefully in a few weeks 💗
