Just that.

I am 7+3 and constantly ravenous. If I don't eat I feel indigestiony nausea.

Worried I am going to end up the size of a house. Already massively bloated. Send help.

I had to nibble constantly during first trimester, it was the only way to keep the nausea at bay. At 12 weeks, hoorah, felt ok again. Probably ate a bit more that normal but the midwife was happy with my weight gain so I stopped worrying about it. The bloating doesn't sound good though - if it's fluid retention, I'd seek reassurance from midwife. This is ancient history btw, hopefully somebody with up to date experience will come along!

I felt like that too in the first trimesters of both my pregnancies. I just went with it and it was okay in the end. If you need to function, go to work, not throw up on people, then do what you need to do and if that's nibbling from morning to night, so be it.

I had this. I was so hungry even an hour after eating a meal that I was doubled over with stomach pains and waking up in the night to eat. It didn’t last, I’m 36 weeks now and hardly gained any weight this pregnancy.
