Working at an event whilst pregnant

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and am working at an event at the end of this month. We have a stand and I am a Sales Manager so will be interacting with customers etc. I will be away for three days at this show including setting up.

Any advice on how to cope with three days on my feet, in the quiet periods? I;m getting quite breathless just running around after my two year old so any advice on how to stay happy and non-achey at both the event and hotel afterwards will be gratfully received

Can you have a chair at the stand, or a high stall, so when there's a lull you can sit down? I'm 37 weeks and a school teacher and I sit whenever I can!

You must insist on a chair and table - the high ones, as long as you can make yourself comfortable on a bar stool height one.

Too much standing for all that time!! You need a chair and a table xx

Or a stool, just a way to have little rests. IME, organisers would be very unhappy if you don't have a seat option when you're 30 weeks, anyway.
